SLR Single Line Receiver    by Sur-Gard

The SG-SLR is a single line, multi-format digital receiver designed to interpret a variety of communication formats for the ultimate in convenience and versatility. The SLR contains features usually only found in larger multi-line receivers. The SLR is easy to use and even easier to program, and can be upgraded as new technologies are developed and the demands on your monitoring centre increase.

Multi-Format Communications

Popular digital and modem communication formats.
Built-in call display (caller ID) provides the phone

  number that the call originates from. "Ghost," misprogrammed
  or malfunctioning dialers, as well as intentional interference,
  can now be traced.

User Verification

Programming can be verified on LCD display.
Printer events, PC events and call display records
  can be examined on the LCD display and sent to
  the printer.
Communication formats used by alarm control
  panels can be examined.

PC communication is verified with heartbeat
  supervisory signals. Signals are buffered during
  computer outages.

16 master and operator passwords.
Operator acknowledges with time and date printed and
  stored in memory.
Programming changes and commands can be printed.

Generous data memory for large event buffers and
  flexible user programming.

Choose the handshakes you want, in the order you want.
Tailor the output to the computer.
Change the printer and computer output to be full time,
  backup, or disabled and not used at all.
Customization can be achieved by programming the keypad
  and front panel switches.
Remote control and programming access can be made
  via the serial port.

Online time can be controlled in the event of run away
  dialers.

  maintenance or program updating.
Real time clock.
16 bit microcontroller or microprocessor.
1 parallel printer port and 2 serial RS-232 ports.
Programmable serial port configuration: Wait for ack time,
  baud rate, data bits and parity.

Fast transmission (zero delay) of multiple alarms to
  computer and printer.
Continuous verification of the computer to the receiver link
  (heartbeat option).
2 programmable outputs (switched negative), one indicated
  with the "option" LED on SLR front panel.
Outputs for acknowledge, trouble and buzzer.
AC loss detection and standby battery supervision.
Low battery detection and automatic disconnection of
  discharged battery to prevent damage.
Operator acknowledge option.
Telephone line supervision.

* Ademco Contact ID in DTMF format.
* Ademco Super Fast 4-8-1 or High Speed DTMF format(with and without Checksum, and/or extended).
* Ademco DTMF 4-1 and 4-2 Express with Checksum, and/orextended formats.
* FBI Super Fast 4-3-1 DTMF format.
* Scantronic DTMF format.
* SIA level I and II formats: 110 and 300 baud, tonal and data acknowledge with and without separators.
* 1400Hz, 1600Hz, 2000Hz, 2300Hz, Dual Tone, FSK and Modem II handshakes. Up to 8 different handshakes can be selected with order selection.
