Its just a vista 20SE that can only communicate in Ademco contact ID Format... which is the best anyways I think. Its not "burned", they cant do that on that panel...
He just needs to delete the zones asap that the missing keyfabs are on or they can turn the alarm on/off with them... assuming he has the reciever.
