why bother? its not worth the grief compared with buying a new panel and codepad with a new warranty.
: I have (came with house) and ancient FBII alarm panel.
: As best I can figure, it is a PRE XL-1 model.
: PC board has 642 UL A (silkscreen and copper)
: PC board also has EPC-1 in copper (board revision?)
: Round sticker indicates B13 3/83
: Method of operation is via Key Switch(s),each key switch has a green and red LED mounted in it.
: No control panels or keypads, and looking at the alarm panel, no provisions for them either.
: One three pos. switch - Zone 1&2 on - 1 off - 2 off
: One Reset switch for Panic-Fire-Smoke Detector
: Two LED's Bell Cut Off - RED & Trouble - GREEN
: Has a digital receiver for "panic" switch and LDS-100 siren driver. Phone jack in panel indicates that it was previously a monitored system.
: I am looking for ANY information / documentation on this system as previous owners did not pass anything along.
: THANKS!
